The idea behind PIANO is spreading the regional food culture of
Emilia Romagna through two of its typical products: anolini a traditional dish of the city of Parma and piadina, cult product of Italy's East Coast known as Riviera Romagnola. From the selection of the best cold cuts and cheeses from local dairies and delicatessen, to the producers of organic drinks or craft beers: at PIANO everything is created and prepared in order to provide daily freshness and quality with that touch of authenticity that only Emilia Romagna can offer.
