We have chosen to work exclusively with suppliers 

(cheese factories, delicatessen, etc) belonging to the Emilia Romagna area, who represent the excellence in production of D.o.p. and I.g.p. cheeses and cold cuts.

Our «anolini» are home made from “rezdore” (a dialect name for Parmesan grandmothers housewives), following the traditional recipe.

Our cuterly are made of palm leaf or wood, 100% bio.
